Fix for jumpscare postal dude / sissy

So most people been experiencing screamer issues last 3 days, as solution for it this is caused by a addon which the owners account being hacked and addon being replaced, the addon is BlackWatch PM/NPC and you just can remove it and solve the issue!

it already is removed and has no screamer anymore! you should find a reupload for yourself!
