The cheese il mozzarella, fresh, so you can only put so much on it else you get a liquid lava lake instead of a pizza.
you just need a oven that can reach very hight temps (at least 350) if you cook it on a stone, a traditional oven with common plate is a different kind of pizza.

Ohh I didn't notice you used mozzarella.In that case yes you are completely right for using such an amount.
Generally, pizza steel or stone is needed to make a good crust,for a traditional/classic pizza at least.Sadly, I have none and my kitchen has room for neither.So, I am kinda stuck to making some sort of dough,or not at all(usually not at all).

I think Gordon Ramsay would be proud of me. I can make Mac and cheese, grilled cheese, ramens and toasts. I think I should just write a recipe book it would probably be a bestseller !
