maybe not the prettiest but extremely good to eat.

It's lacking some cheese for my tastes.
But that crust looks very good.
Please tell me how you handled it.

The cheese il mozzarella, fresh, so you can only put so much on it else you get a liquid lava lake instead of a pizza.

you just need a oven that can reach very hight temps (at least 350) if you cook it on a stone, a traditional oven with common plate is a different kind of pizza.

Ohh I didn't notice you used mozzarella. In that case yes you are completely right for using such an amount.

Generally, pizza steel or stone is needed to make a good crust, for a traditional/classic pizza at least.Sadly, I have none and my kitchen has room for neither. So, I am kinda stuck to making some sort of dough,or not at all(usually not at all).

If yes, what's the best thing you can make.

I think Gordon Ramsay would be proud of me. I can make Mac and cheese, grilled cheese, ramens and toasts. I think I should just write a recipe book it would probably be a bestseller !

I've become a master at marinating and seasoning some steak. I pan sear them. They're so tender and delishhh.
