For all you miners, what is your favorite coin to mine?

Looking to back back into mining someday, was curious to hear what all you miners out there are mining and if you are solo mining or mining in a pool.

I want to get an Antminer S9 to mine a crypto currency.

I made a shit ton of money mining Ethereum before it was really mainstream. I have a wallet with mined coins that I had saved for like 8 months and when ETH started hitting the news I ended up cashing out.

I remember way back in the day too mining LTC.

I think monero is pretty good. And the most profitable.

You are not going to make much with the Antminer S9. The difficulty rate has increased too much. Based on calculations from https://99bitcoins.com/bitcoin-mining-calculator/, you will probably make ~$99/m. Taking into account the purchase price, power, etc, there is not going to be any profit.

As for my favourite coins, I like LiteCoin as I got in early, Monero and DogeCoin.

Etherium is trending and steady payouts these days after little crumble of bitcoin
