Looking for a working force read tool for our community website running v4.3.5, can anyone point me in the right direction? Unfortunately I've only found outdated tools. Thanks in advance.

Maybe you can try something like Easy Popup by BIM, or Sticky Notes, it's pretty accurate to what you are trying to get.
