Fornite Hacks?

Would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me out and lead me in the right direction for some fortnite hacks!!

I've tried looking for some, eventually injected some public shit that didn't work but still got me banned in a week.

What do you mean some accounts? I would like to cheat in fortnite as well, but how does it work?

So Horizon I bought these combo's from someone! There fortnite combo's! I'll Pm you some accounts. FYI they have not yet been checked and the user who sent me these combo's is well -known for good leaks

Why would you want to cheat in a game that's main fun factor is trying to survive?
Idk sounds kinda boring to me.

I don't understand how these accounts make it possible to cheat, do I have to download something?

For that game, as popular as it is, you will always get banned within a week for altering game files which are verified by the server via hash most likely. In order to get away with it you would have to make a fake verification injection script that is almost an exact replica of the one they use which imo isn't worth the work for a cheat. If you are really that dedicated to cheating though I would look into scripts you can use outside of the program that don't require injection.
On another not that might actually be why those accounts are worth something. I would think that the game files would be worth more though if the method is the same method I stated above to clear them from suspicion I am interested to see how somebody would hack accounts vs the files themselves. It's hard to imagine someone dedicating the time to a server side attack to alter accounts, or account permissions in the server.
