Idk but you should probobaly just go with everything on low/off and then put ur 3D resolution to 100% and it will look pretty good!

You could use nvidia experience, when you have it. And let them make your graphic settings automatic that should help

im trying to let Nvidia do mine, but i mostly play on xbox.. ill update if i figure it out

i have a pretty decent pc and still play on all low expect for render distance all the other settings are unnecessary.

I don't know, but personally wiht my i7, I run no shadows and effects at medium, at about 200 fps, maybe try that?

it depends on your Graphics Card mostly. if u have something like stock intel graphics don't ever try that.
