I think this post should be reported; not a smart idea to just hand over certs like that..
Not a good idea at all to pass along certs either; huge liability.

Will this work with AZURE or AWS cloud as well?

there used to be a website that gave out free ssl certs for any where on any host but it has recently been shutdown due to GlobalSign finding it very strange that someone had so many certs under there account.

The best way to use a site with ssl and not spend money is with the Lets Enctpt certificate

Anybody could just go with LetsEncrypt! It's easy to set up!
