I believe PayPal forbids people from buying crypto currencies using PayPal. That's why it's to hard to buy using PayPal. But if you use a CC or Bank Transfer it is as easy as buying McDonalds.

I'm noy saying it's impossible, it's just harder to find a company selling BTC for PP.
