My Windows wont fucking run installers, any ideas?

  1. Tried windows fix me
    Tried scanning for viruses
    Tried reg-edit shit

Did you try running in Safe Mode with Networking and running various things like Malware Bytes, AVG, etc.
As well as running CCleaner.
