Full rotation prop lock?

I have a prop hunt server andI want the props to be able to rotate with the movement of the mouse. That way you can make it look like you got knocked over. I've seen this form of prop lock on a few servers but I can't find it for the life of me. Is it a script I'd have to make or an addon? If anyone knows how to do this or where to find it I would really appreciate it!

In the original mode it does not have, try enchanted props and hunters.

I suggest paying for someone to make it for you, if it's not easily found, it's probably custom made.
