My Computer just i5 with 8Gb of RAM
It's slow for playing high end games

GTX 1070 8gb, i5 4960k 3.5ghz, 16gb Corsair Vengeance and a 144hz 2560x1440 Asus Monitor. I'd rate 6/10 as the CPU is the main bottleneck.
