Funny Pranked by class mate long time ago

Decided to share my prank with you.

Couple of things: scratchy mic and no transcript.
It also doesn't sound that interesting. Add some things to make it more... comedic. It sounds like a regular conversation with a police officer and a girl.

(not too shabby though. plus what do i know, i'm a 14 year old)
