How do you add a message that pops up in chat every once a while

Easiest and most popular way would be to use ULX Adverts. Basically, you have a menu in-game where you can create, edit and delete messages with in-depth customisation.

tbh just use ULX/ULB adverts you can customise color, position on screen, and all that cool stuff haha

To add a chat advert you go into ulx menu


1. goto server setting
2. click on adverts
3. type the advert and how many seconds you want and to discplay in the middle of the screen or not.
