I would look into talking to someone on gmodstore. Lots of developers there looking for work.

Yeh go onto the gmod store and try and have a look for a script simar if you cant find one just dm an experienced developer and talk to them about it , it may cost you some money.

GModstore is full of addons like this, I know of a couple addons there made just for an unboxing/lottery system.
