GTA V online glitches and bug for lots of money

i recently started playing GTA v online, and a friend of mine came up to me telling this glich that allows us to make 1 M each 15 mins.
you need to have all the preparation mission of the heist : Bogdan done, then host the muission with your friend. while at the reward dispatch when you configure the game, you give you invited friend the whole amount of money you can, as he will be the only one with the money. you then proceed to finish the mission, then you need, at the end cinematics , where you get off the plane, to Simply quit the game. this will make the game think you havent finished the mission, thus you wont have to redo the preparation mission, and your friends walks away with 1M. you got to switch roles to get the mil yourself tho, and need to be with a friend to do it , so its not the most practical
