Vultr offers a free $20+ trial to registered members with a credit card. With these 20$ you can setup a VPS that can run BlueStacks for about 3 weeks.
Requirements:

• Valid Credit/Debit Card
  
• You could use PayPal too, but to activate the trial with PayPal you will have to recharge your account of at least 5$ with it. Obviously this will be added to your credit that you can use.
  

That's it, i made it quickly cause I think it should be pretty straight forward to set all this up.
