It contains both Client & Serversided files, it's a complete and working gamemode, all though I can not confirm if the premium addons are working or not as some such as VCMod might not work due to it's whitelisted functions but they're all there.

There are no backdoors is any of the content, you can double check yourself. I've checked several times and unless I've missed anything there shouldn't be any backdoors at all.

Workshop or FastDL is something you have to do yourself, especially FastDL. Workshop is something you have to collect for yourself, what you can do though it grabbing the original workshop content from their server if you now go on the workshop and search under collections. You can also go and grab the original SantosRP workshop collection which you can find simply by goolgeit.
