I really want to try a Linux Distro to replace my windows system, but it lacks some important apps that I need.
(Of course, I'd like to play games in linux, but currently the driver support is near 0)

The only thing I've ever played on Linux was OpenArena. But I'm very much looking forward to seeing stuff like SteamOS actually work with the majority of the games. I only wish Nvidia weren't such dicks with their proprietary drivers.
