Garry's Mod Creating a server

I need programmers of plugins etc specialised on garrys mod , just free ones because i'm poor :/

Yeah, you're probably not gonna have much luck in finding free developers. After all, these people studied hard and long to be skilled in development, and the most you'll find for free will be inexperienced young "Developers".
Eventually, a person would waste their time by working for nothing, essentially. If you do not have money to have a developer, you could try watching developing with lua tutorials and similiar videos, but it would take a long time to learn developing with lua and such.

Free? I have never heard of such a thing. whats that?

Cause it is laborious procces. Every coder will request money for his job, unless it is your friend from school

If there is no money, it is better to learn how to do it yourself or not?

Boy, learn the lua , this is easy, very easy, you need only watch youtube tutorials of gmod lua and read the books of lua
