Garry's Mod spawn/prop protection

Maybe not the best post area for this question but does anyone know of any good spawn protection/prop protection addons? (I wouldn't mind some leaked ones.. heh.. heh..)

I am building a new DarkRP server and I want the gameplay to be as smooth as possible (Not leaving any kind of info on the server due to advertising.. is that a rule..?)

Yes advertising is against the rules but i would recommend getting gProtect as it has some god anti crash featuers such as freezeing all players props. also theres an addon called anti crash where you can see whos making the most coliding objects and freeze them and what not! good luck with the server !!!

I recommend the AreaManager, this addon allows you to edit and modify a certain area for a particular job. It's simple and easy to configure and also it is updated (quite) frequently.
