The 3-month activity requirement is so fucking dumb but whatever, I guess I'll try. Don't know which username I'll be taking though since all the names i've wanted are taken and for some reason Soul is a blacklisted name, k.

That is probably to stop people making accounts to claim og names.

You can still take them.
If they haven't logged in for 5 years or more then you can take/steal their username.
If the username is blacklisted, better think of other name(s).
