Getting over disinterest

Has anyone dealt with not feeling in the mood to ever play? I was LEM a few months ago but deranked to LE and just lost all my desire to play anymore. I might play 2 games a week and do very well, but after the game i just dont feel like playing anymore.
My friends want to play with me but i just dont want to ruin their games as i lost most of my gamesense and skill
