Girl Gamers

How rare are girl gamers? It's weird cause I feel like there should be tons of them but I've met like maybe 5, people always kinda freak out when they find them too, lmao...

Kinda random topic, but it just seems weird to me that I don't see more of them :p

I've come across a couple female gamers online, it's nothing special really and most of them try to hide the fact that they're a girl and the rest try to take advantage of desperate guys.

I tend to meet one or two in every overwatch game i join, my girlfriend is a gamer too so i don't find it that wierd tbh.
Maybe 3-5 years ago i'd think it was wierd but nowadays it's really common and i think it's great because the gaming community definetly needs a feminine touch.

Yeah I agree, it's nothing special. Gender shouldn't matter when it comes to gaming.Some girls just don't want the extra attention or toxicity. Sometimes a girl will receive hate, guys will say that because she's a girl she won't be good. Especially if she's playing a character that the majority of girls play and that character doesn't require as much skill. Girls playing Mercy in Overwatch for example.

Most ofthe timegirls just want to be treated like a normal team mate.

Sad All I get are guys and even if you find any girl by chance there are already 10 guys around her so nvm

haha, play csgo and you'll find a ton. Other games, not so much.

Hey having that .2 K/D is better than being down a teammate.

Not as rare as you think. Especially when it comes to fighting games. It's just they don't let themselves be known. A lot of them skill level wise are pretty comparable with their male counterparts.

Yeah but it would definitely be nice, I thinking it'd cutt out a good amount of the toxic community. Also most people I meet I meet online, and being friends with nothing but guys I wouldn't say is especially healthy... Haven't been friends with a girl since like my Minecraft days, I just think it'd be nice to see some more in the gaming community.

Yeah that and Minecraft are really the only places I've ever met them, found a few on PuBG too.
