Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood, abit slow at the start but in the second half it gets really good

Japan Sinks is super good. A little dark but a really interesting 2020 twist on an old sci fi book. I think it's on netflix if thats where you watch.

Check out Food Wars! if you haven't yet. It's one of my favourite recent ones that I've watched, mostly because of how good all the food looks. The story is a pretty typical hero's journey, but it's set up as quite compelling for a food-based show.

Full Metal Alchemist, Death Note (Light Yagami is just ugh), Akame ga Kill, Parasyte is dope, and The Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime is pretty adorable.

Flame of Recca was pretty good and it is definitely worth the watch... at least from what I remember anyways.

I suggest Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works. Pretty good characters and story.

Have been watching Dennou Coil recently, it's a bit ghibli-esque

I think Attack on titan is top tier anime

Try watching Kimi No Nawa, Attack On Titan, Inuyashiki, Tokyo Ghoul, Parasyte: The Maxim
I enjoyed watching them all. I'm sure you will too.
