Number 1: Add who the person referred (instead of the default number only)

Number 2: Drop down menu for Alerts and make it so it adds * everything(BESIDES PM shit) (Because I don't get why you limited it :|)

Number 3: Ask staff section can also be accessable by guests

And also, fix upgrade.php when I registered with the temp account it said cannot upgrade or are already upgraded.

Please make it so it tells you why you can't upgrade or if you are already upgraded :yus:
