Global reset of users notifications settings

Hello dear NulledBB members,

due to a bug in the registration process on NulledBB some users didn't get any notifications when they were mentioned, quoted or whatever.

Due to the fact that this bug seemed to be existent for a long time we decided to reset all notifications settings for all users.
By default all notifications are set to on.

If you don't want certain notifications, please go to the notification settingsand disable them.

Its about time. Hopefully this fixes the issue. Ill be in a group lounge and I dont get notified when quoted. Or be late to reply to someone who adds onto my thread. Thank you staff for this.
