loved it a few years ago but now I really think its dead.

Of course GMOD will never die! New people will replace the old ones as new servers and communities will develop overtime. We have already noticed many new servers pop up here and there.

GMOD does not just die like a battle royale. it has alot of function and people play with because some find it fun and it is easy to run. New people come along and own servers and create new ideas. it all really depends on what you think dying is.
