Good Network Settings server optimization (Fixing Most lag and some addons)

Hey guys, Some of you might not know what network setting is that's fine but with the ones that I have, you just need to put it in the server.cfgit will improve your server performance substantially and I have seen it fix addons and fix up lag so it also optimizes your server and makes it easy for the server to handle a lotof people on the server. On one server I put these network settings on his grapple hooks were fixed.

All you did was increasing the min update rate and making the update rate unlimited. Does it truely help? If so why did you chose for those settings?
