Good darkrp addons

Hey guys, i just ran a dedicated Server and trying something out with darkrp. Scripting is no Problem but sometimes you just want to have less work am i right?
So my Question is:
What implements for darkrp ist 100% needed

Agendas aren't needed tbh. Agendas are basically like what to do for gangsters and policeman, you can remove them because they don't really help anyone.

hmmmmmmmm its hard question but i can say fading doors keypad and prop protection these are the most needed addons
