for me , i use vpnbook as free vpn , because it keep the same browsing speed as my ISP provide.

dedicated is more costlier than shared so i advice you to use vpn like anyone else

For a free VPN try Private Tunnel its enabled me to bypass bans but having different IPS

i use nord vpn, i think its worth its money and does the job well

i use ipvanished... cheap but great.. never had issues with them using torrents or onion sites

Nord VPN or either Ghost VPN. They both work very well.

You don't want to rely on any single provider. Always make sure you have a few services as backups. Personally I prefer Nord, Windscribe, Hotspot Shield, and Vypr.

PureVPN has a lot of Geos and works great. It has a desktop app as well as Chrome and Firefox Plugins.

They have a a first year promotion and I paid something like 10 or 12 dollars.
