Google Indexing Problem Need Expert Opinion

I have a website but it is taking a lot of time to get indexed earlier it was getting indexed properly but now it is taking a lot of time anyone knows the solution?
It has been stuck like this for a long time and it is not getting fixed, does anyone know the correct solution?

You might follow these steps to index something you think is missing from the index:

• Go to Google Search Console.
  
• Navigate to the URL inspection tool.
  
• Paste the URL you'd like Google to index into the search bar.
  
• Wait for Google to check the URL.
  
• Click the “Request indexing” button (if not already indexed)

Brother, even after doing all this, there is no reaction there, since many days everything is stuck like this. I already did what you said but everything is stuck there if there is any other solution let me know

Update the the sitemap.xml and try not to include the the link on the homepage. And if it is not included include it.
