RedTube, the new shitty idea of google to get money...
I think YouTube is probably going down, people will move to twitch or similar...


What do you guys think of this?
I think this is shitty and not worth 10$, you can download videos with external programs/websites, watch videos in background in pc as always and in mobile there are some apps in cydia that let you do that (in android i never searched for it), for ads just use ublock ;)

People will not move to Twitch in case YT goes down. Twitch is streaming, not video hosting

Personally I see where yt is coming from but I also see the huge inevitable crash that will come to their profits and usage numbers. YT is just putting themselves up to a huge crash and fumble with the market and money they're already making on ads n shit

I don't really get what the new features are from that video, besides downloading videos.

I mean I can see where they are coming from, a lot of people don't know how or would rather not use third-party programs to rely on so it is appealing to them.
