Professional look fonts.

Google fonts are honestly the best and they're all free.

Sorry for the wait, I was uploading After Effects. Now that it's done I'll get started on compiling them. I'll PM you the link in a bit.

I normally don't create designs that require a color correction unless it's like my sig, and it that case I just put on a dark grey overlay and lowered to opacity to give it the dark look. Tell me what kind of CC's you're looking for and I may be able to guide you in the right direction.

Maybe you can use Magic Bullets Looks, it's awesome for videos.
For photos use Adobe Lightroom, it's quite good
