My acoustic is an old Hohner that I got from my dad, so I don't know the specifics.
My electric is a Ebony Les Paul Studio:
My question to you guys is how can I hold barre chords better if I have softer fingers? I can manage to hold them most of the timebut it makes difficult to transition from one chord to a barre chord and hold it properly.

Use two fingers. As someone who's had this problem in the past, your only way is to build finger speed and strength at that point. Index and middle finger to barre. eventually, you'll build up strength to hold it with one!

Thanks for the response, tried this out earlier and it worked pretty well for stuff that only need to other strings held like F minor. :D

Glad to know I could help! For training your fingers even more, try to buy something like thisand you'll be able to use one finger in no time.
