just keep doing jogging everyday for start and boom you will do any exercise after that

You could always train at home, tbh. if you dont have the money for equipment just do calisthenics for a while. body weight stuff is really effective

take the workouts one day at a time, set reachable goals and focus on the now

yeah i tried to keep being motivated but every once in a while i get tired af
