I have 3 hard disk all not responding. You hear the clicking sounds when you connect it.
I have most of my important stuff on there. How can I be able to recover my files.
Is there any software than can help.

First things first. When you plug them in and you enter your BIOS , are they visible at all?

It depends on whether you can see it at the bios, the program can help you, if not only by taking it to a professional.

To start off, DON'T PLUG IT IN.
If you plug in the drive you could risk damaging the platter (and then meet permanent data loss).

Let's consider your options:
1- Open the drive and perform a manual repair (extremely risky)
2- Consult a data recovery group with the tools to do this correctly

1:
- Open the drive and plug in the power, check if the head meets the platter correctly then the motor on the platter spins without issue
If the head doesn't move then it's likely to be either the head or the board.
- Replace the board (safer) then head (risky) and attempt to run after each repair
- Recover the data and call the drive a loss
If the platter doesn't spin it's likely to be the motor.
- Purchase the same drive
- Swap the platters
- Recover the data and call the drive a loss

(This is a guess, everything is on you)

2:
- Call a company who can perform the recovery safely in a cleanroom
- Just call them
- The only thing that'll regret it is your wallet
- Call them and save your data
- Why are you reading this you should be on the phone with a data recovery group right now
- Call them

If you have problems with the hardware then it'd not help you if you use recovery softwares. HDDs specially as I understand you have spinning Hard disks, is very fragile. I suggest you to find a hardware expert if possible. That should clear things up nicely. Maybe you'll get some of your data back too. There's a lot of frauds so I suggest you find verified hardware specialist.

if you heard inside tic tic tic something like that then it means it has a BAD SECTOR already mate, try to buy new one but SSD no more HDD (disk platter).

With absolute certainty don't plug them in if you haven't fixed this yet. Contact a data repair company like others have mentioned, $300 Data Recovery is a company I have worked with before, seems to be the cheapest around and they are good at what they do.
