[HELP] Booter Ninja not creating user in the sql table

Anyone who had downloaded this Booter Ninja and had a problem during registering a new account? No idea about what is making that but when trying to make a new account, it works well BUT it doesn't create the user in the sql table. So, it's the same as nothing. Does someone know how to fix it?

try to put on the file which needs write permissions 777 preferably from SSH
