[HELP] MyAlerts plugin doesn't work

Can someone please confirm that GitHub source is missing some files and thus, doesn't work?
It just crashes my admin panel with an error and doesn't fix until I delete files:



I've tried previous version and it doesn't work either. I'd be very thankful if someone can provide a link to a working version. Or am I missing something obvious here?

I am facing same problem. maybe this plugin is outdated.
