So I have user profile looking like this:

I need to move right border of the top field to the middle and make two lower right fields to move top, as I've pointed with arrows.

Couldn't find any comprehensive info anywhere.
Can someone please help with adjustment I'm trying to make?

Have you found a solution/way to do this? Because I was interested in doing the same, and I'd like to know how
