HOW IS FORTNITE DOING?

I quit Fortnite since season 4 becuase the skins that season were not my taste. I haven't gotten back to it and I'm curious about how its updated so far. I've seen new things like the grappling gun etc. Should I go back to it or has it gotten super crazy?

The game is still filled with tryhards who are determined to win every game and every battle. Latest season is boring. Still can't balance weapons properly.

Fortnites slowly yet surely dying, as the players have moved on and the game's been marked as overrated.
