HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

6-7 hours. if i sleep less or more than that, i feel sleepy all day

Usually 8 to 9 hours if I have the chance, now I'm currently in service so I barely get 5 hours of sleep. Sometimes none at all. Gosh it's unhealthy I know. I think this might be the cause for my occasional headaches and mental stress?

To be honest, i'm having a very poor schedule this month. I sleep more than 8 hours, but i get to sleep around 5 AM

I sleep 6 hours lately it depends on the day I think

not enough sleep, i can tell you that much lol

Function on about 4 hours sleep a night currently - need to get better at switching off at night so I can sleep more

I get like 8-10 its a good amount

i've been living off 7-8 hours of sleep for the past years so

man you need to get atleast 7 or 8. mine actually somewhere between 8 to 10. depends on how depressed I am
