HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

im sleeping like 10 hours )

I ussually sleep like 7-8 hours per night.

Usually 7 hours are enough.

Not enough really, maybe 5 hours. Sometimes might sleep during day.

I have disturbed sleep, so I can't fall asleep before 5:30 AM :(

5 hours on weekdays and up to 13 on weekends

I try to sleep at least 7 hours per day, but it is difficult to do so most weeks. On weekends I try to reach 8h-9h

usually 4/5 hours per day

i only get 5-6 hours of sleep daily,

Around 10 in vacations, and 6 while in school
