HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

it depends on a lot of parameters. when I sleep for more than 8 hours, my face is relaxed

As a college student I would say 6-8 hours every night is typical for me. That being said sometimes I get 10 hours for sleep if I really fall into a deep slumber.

Depend on what I will be doing the next day but between 7 to 10 hours

i aim for 8-9, but if i fail at that i get 6-7
