HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I sleep about 8 hours but on a weekend day i sleep way more than that.

I usually sleep around 5-6 hours due to me being on my phone all night.

I like to think 4-6 hours are enough. Earning a living and living in the city has one working long hours to fed the family. Though I do like what I do, perhaps that's another reason why the number of hours.

i try to go to bed around 8-9pm so i can get a full goodnights rest so i can have a productive day

I get between 6 and 8 hours sleep depending on how many games of league i play oof
