HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

same here i am only able to sleep 3,4 hrs and at max maybe 6 and most of them i am sleep deprived

Bro, I honestly have no idea when I sleep and how long I sleep for. I went to bed today at 7AM, woke up at 12 because my friends wanted to play siege. Stayed up until 3, went to bed again for 4 hours. Long story short I thought it was 7AM when I woke up again not 7PM.

7 usually. It's a good enough amount i suppose, could get more

On an average I get about 2-4 hours of sleep everyday.

Also while working 12+ hours each day, 6 times out of the week.

I like to sleep and fit eat, I love my health, I usually sleep at least 8 hours.

i usually get 8-10 hrs. im lazy af. I cn't stay up late. cuz i start to feel weird.

im sleeping 24 hours per day all the time, feels good

My sleep hours depend on what is going on in the next day. If i have something important, i wont be able to sleep and will sleep for about 4 - 5 hours. If i have nothing to do i will sleep about 10 - 12 hours.
