HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I am a bit of a night hawk, I typically only get 5-6 hours per night and function pretty well.

About 7, used to as a teen regularly sleep 2 to 3 times that.

I sleep about 10 hours when I get the chance, Otherwise im running 4 hours due to insomnia.

I believe that most programs are half owl because they are activated most of the time at night LOL

6hrs on average. And that usually works well for me

I usally sleep 8 Hours a day. But sometimes its less. I remember one day were i slept 4 hours because a game was released but thats not my standart sleep time.

My sleep schedule is really wonky, so sometimes i'll just sleep during the night for about 7 hours, and midday for about 4 hours.

Nice thread, I slept between 6 and 7 hours, sometimes I need more but... its hard actually to me can do it.

Well, as I work in a hospital. The days I work, I say I only get like 4-5 hours of sleep. but my days off about 8-9 hours

I sleep 15 hours everyday because I go to sleep like 9 am the next day so when I wake up I feel burned out drowsy and wanna commit suicide.
