HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I like sleep and fit eat, i love my health, i usally sleep l 6 hours.

...technically at most 12 hours, but they're split between a hefty coma around nighttime and smaller naps occasionally throughout the morning and afternoon.

Pretty terrible hours to be honest. I usually sleep around six hours per night until my body gets tired of my shit and forces me to sleep around twelve hours all at once. I wish it would just let me sleep eight hours at a time and not make me crash but no, its got to be a dick about it.

well 0 since i dont sleep in daylight i sleep in the night

At the moment anywhere between 5-6 hours. Will sleep when I'm dead tbh

I usually hit around 6-8 if I'm lucky.. typically around 2-4 though lol

I sleep 2 to 3 hours a day then to work is my routine

You should sleep minimum 7 hours a day but I only sleep about 6 I'm awful
