HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

Normally 7-8 but sometimes 3-4 depends rlly.

I sleep like 3-4 hours a day sometimes 2 hours depends on the amount of work i have to do tbh

about 4-5 if I'm lucky.. Thankfully i can survive on that much sleep and be able to work with no problem

I usually sleep 8 hours a day. but lately it's only been 4 hours

Around 8 hours, normal sleep schedule, sounds like ya'll from a diff planet telling me 3 hours sleep is good haha

Sometimes I get to sleep for 6 hours sometimes for 12, depends on the day I guess

Normally one should divide the day into 3/3 in which one sleeps 8 hours,
works 8 hours, and recovers 8 hours.
but that will probably handle the few so. I myself probably only come to 4 hours sleep.

I sleep for 4 hours cause I have schoo. Sadness in its purest form

My current schedule is staying up till around 6-7 am, then waking up at around 7-8pm

so roughly like 10-12 hours, but very flipped lol

I try to get around 8 ish, normally ends up being around 6 ish tho unfortunately.
