HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

most of the time 6, 8-9 on weekends

usually 5-6. it sucks getting less.. times when I sleep 3-4 hours I am a writeoff.

I sleep around 5 / 6 hours per day lol

This past week I have averaged 3-4 hours a night. I am so exhausted.

I always try to get 8 hours of sleep, or at least six

i get around 8 hours, midnight till 8am

10 as my sleep schedule is fuckedd

I have to sleep 7 hours approximately. If I sleep more than that, I get a headache. If I sleep less than 6 hours, my day is no good. Why people have different sleeping times?

I try to shoot for 8 hours bc I feel like shit for the rest of the day if I don't, though it's probably just placebo.
