HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

4-5 hours most of the time

I sleep like 6-10 he's depend on next day day work

i usually try aiming for 8 but i get 6 at most

i sleep sometimes for 5 and sometimes for 9 hours

I literally don't know how people do sleep schedules LMAO i've slept like 12 hours one night then didnt sleep the next im very weird but i guess it would be interesting to know other peoples.

I would say def not enough but roughly probably 5 hours or so.

I usually sleep roughly 5/6 hours a day tbh always makes me tired in the evening which is good!!

Mmmh, it depends, when I feel good i sleep around 3 to 4 hours maximum even if i try my best (don't ask how, idk)
And when i'm mad, sad or troubled by something, i can sleep up to 7/8 hours

too much like 10 somedays

i think around 7 hours at night? if i stayed up too late i usually take a mid-day nap that lasts up to 3 hours. thank god for WFH
